Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to W3Encrypt (the “App”), developed by mLaboratory (“we”, “our”, “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Username (stored locally)

No other personal or non-personal data is collected. The App does not connect to the internet, use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party services.

3. How We Use Your Data

The locally stored username is used solely for display within the App interface. It is not processed for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

The username remains on your device until you (a) change it in the App settings or (b) uninstall the App, which removes all associated data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third party, employee, or affiliate.

6. Security

Because all data is stored locally and never leaves your device, the risk of unauthorized access is minimal. Nevertheless, we recommend you secure your device with a passcode or biometric lock.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not contain restricted content nor knowingly solicit data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
